Why is it that most movies with a sports theme has exercise music and most movies where the character must overcome huge obstacles has victory music?

Because music can inspire us to act face the insurmountable with tenacious courage. Take this well-known piece:


As the average, every day person, we still need to be inspired and to face the insurmountable with tenacious courage. We might not need to win an Olympic Medal, but our lives can be extremely challenging.

    I loved all these movies, but I couldn’t quite place Braveheart until I spotted the guy with red pigtails in the back. Then I knew exactly what it was. Ha!
